🚚 Meowlin Shipping Policy

At Meowlin, we’re excited to deliver your pet’s favorite products safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing & Cancellation
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.
Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they are placed.
If you still wish to cancel, you may request a return after receiving your order, and we will process your refund according to our Return Policy.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
If you choose Shipping Protection at checkout, your order will be covered in case it is lost or damaged during transit.
In such cases, you can choose to:
Receive a replacement item, or
Get a full refund
Lost or Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Meowlin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the error is on our side, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once it reaches your country.
These charges are not included in your order total.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees.

In some cases (especially free shipping), tracking may be limited or unavailable
